Growing up in Winter Park, Florida, Nick has been an avid foodie, traveler and music fan his whole life. Central Florida offered a wide variety of culture and cuisine that ultimately sparked the desire to pursue a food career.
After culinary school and many years in the restaurant industry, Nick relocated to beautiful Western North Carolina, where he assisted in starting Trails End Farm and continued working in local restaurants. Eventually, Nick made the decision to start something of his own. With easy access to hyper-seasonal produce, and local farms, farm-to-bottle was a staple, "no-brainer". Nick's interest for growing produce and supporting the local farming community ultimately lead him to the creation of Up All Night Gourmet Goods. UAN pledges to provide an unadulterated product, full of flavor, with the heat you need and love while respecting the ingredients used!
Now operated on the farm full time, making connections with local farmers' markets and events, and supplying local retail stores, Up All Night will continue to expand the sauce line but is also looking to move into the condiment space. We pride ourselves on heating the palettes of spice-lovers near and with products you can feel good about.
